The companion does not open. Says there are too many redirects. What do I do?

My battlefield companion always says that there are too many redirects or something and I can't open it. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

  • Hey @Oltsiboy23on_yt,

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with the Companion App.

Have you tried completely removing it from your Device, and reinstalling it from the App Store?

It could be corrupted, so try uninstalling/reinstalling the Companion App.

Keep us posted, and let us know if this works.

    Thanks 🙂

Too many redirects could suggest it's an error with your DNS. Rebooting the phone and your router might fix it.

I have the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times with no favorable results. I just keep a Chrome tab open to battlefield.com or some such site and stay logged in. I was using the Android version of the app and it worked for a long time but started messing up. I didn't use VPN or mess with the DNS. It just messed up.
