The game crashes while loading immediately after start-up

So I bought the ultimate edition for PC and downloaded it but haven't been able to play it AT ALL. First of all it launches in window mode which is weird but I was able to fix that by hitting ALT ...

    In case anyone has the same issue: Running CAM in the background was causing the game to crash. The game runs fine when I close it.

Just so I'm clear, were you referring to the app from this site as the conflicting program?
