Carbonic, its not creating the folder, each time I open the game its like I opened it from the first time, it asks for the brigtness calibration and sound output, then plays the intro scene. I'vep played it like 10 times already with and without admin mode and repairing the game and it just wont create a folder. Also, it doesnt connect to the EA servers, I tried opening Battlefield 4, and from its menu looking for a game in Battlefield 1, but when it opens Battlefield 1 I get the same screen to calibrate the brightness, and then it plays the intro scene again.
I've already checked that all the folders are not in "read only", so I dont know what else to do apart from unistalling and installing over and over again until it works. I'm getting really frustrated over here.
sorry for bumping it but I would like to be able to play a game I payed for.

Does it create the folder if you start Origin as administrator after a clean boot?

If you look in the security options for your documents folder, Origin folder and BF1 folder try checking if you have full write permissions.

They have all the permissions but the "special permission" one.

Can you attach a https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ dxdiag to this thread?
Also, if there's any interesting Windows Event Logs from when you start a game to when you exit that will help too.

Here is the DxDiag, no relevant Windows Even Logs.

Origin Access should not cause the game to not save if it's working like intended.
As you've had the same issue with another game perhaps it's time you scanned your harddrive for errors and thought about doing a fresh install of Windows.

Hey @pukaszero,
what you can also try is setting up a new Windows User Account, that might be an issue as well - create a new admin account, log in with it to Windows and see if the folder is created. Maybe your user profile is corrupted. Here'a a guide on how to create a new account.
