give to us report of msinfo32 /report C:\sysinfo.txt or perfmon /report or perfmon /rel
Also u can try disable xmp and/or spd and setup memory settings manually
I attached the results. I can get a "perfmon /rel" from the old system, if it is necessary. It should contain at least a hundred error reports.
This logs for Win7 is not useful for this case 👿 and language is not English... 🤭

I managed to set memory voltage to 1.64v, it did not help. I checked the newer RAM pairs separately, I still got the problem, so if this is a memory problem, then either the older ones are okay and the newer ones not or none of these old modules are okay. I'll check the system with the older modules too, but I think this is not a memory issue. I asked this on another forum, somebody told me, that this can be a hardware problem with the PCIE slot, so I probably won't be able to fix it. I cleaned the slot with acetone, it did not help. I'll get back my old video card for a day, so I will be able to check the system with that too. I hope it will work with that card and I will be able to sell it and forget these parts for eternity. I'll check the video card with the new parts further, maybe it has the hardware problem and not the old mobo. If so I can still send it back, I have 3 years warranty. Another possible suspect is the PSU, but the voltages appear to be okay. So I did not have much progress, still every part passes every test and benchmark, and still the game crashes after 2-3 hours.
in this logs I have find some relation with cpu power errors and Origin crashes... Hmmm...
So, I will recommend to u this:
1) unplug all power connectors in system and plug it again (and make visual check)
2) check new version of MB Bios and update it if it exist, load default settings, and don't make any overclock of cpu, gpu and ram
