Dear EA Community Managers,
First of all, thank you for keeping the servers running for Battlefield 1. It is truly a masterpiece, and we still have a very active and passionate player base, with new players joining the trenches every day.
However, the community is currently facing a very frustrating issue: The in-game weapon skin Exchange store has not rotated in almost a year.
Because the rotation has completely stopped, many new players have zero opportunities to get the weapon skins they want. Meanwhile, veteran players are sitting on tens of thousands of Scraps with absolutely nothing to spend them on. Logging in every week just to see the exact same skins stuck in the Exchange is really discouraging for the community.
We understand that BF1 is past its live service life cycle, but a simple manual rotation of the Exchange would mean the world to us. Could you please pass this feedback to the team and see if someone can hit the refresh button on the Exchange?
