    1. Answers HQ is a community where gamers help fellow gamers. It's not direct customer support. That's located at help.ea.com.

    If you have any questions reguarding the general EA terms of service(TOS) you should contact EA support not ask here, your fellow gamers have no power over the TOS.

    2. If you believe someone has done anything wrong you can report them like described in: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-report-cheating/

    If you've been banned by EA and want to dispute it you can do it like described here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/ - noone on the forums can unban you. The naming and shaming rule is there because otherwise the forums would just be people blaming other people for things they might not have done and EA don't want this.

    3. I'm not going to explain to you what a donation is more than I already have, if you are interested in reading up on the word this link will help you:

    If you believe a server breaks the rules or terms required by EA for such a server then you can report it by contacting EA support at http://help.ea.com

well good lord, someone finally tells me where and who to contact EA, and heck you EVEN provided a link. OMGL there hope for this website/forum/doo-hicky-thinga-ma-jig after all
