I can confirm that the appeals sent in to the Terms of Service team are 100% reviewed and responded to by real people, even if the response can seem somewhat stiff and repetitive at times. I appreciate the responses can come across as robotic sometimes but to be fair to them there are only so many ways you can word the same statement for the same types of issues before you run out of words.
You can appeal a ban up to 3 times, to see if anything was missed the first two times. If the ToS team review the appeals numerous times and find each time that the ban was correct, then I'm afraid that would be final.- EA_Lanna
