transfer progression from previous Gen

Does anybody know if it’s possible to transfer progression from PS4 to Xbox series S? Any help or insight would be much appreciated. I really do not want to restart from scratch.

    Hi @andrew4566 The only Battlefield title which has cross-progression is Battlefield 2042, so you won't be able to transfer progress between platforms for the older games I'm afraid.
