Transfer stats from xbox 360 to pc

Hello. I have Battlefield 4 on my xbox 360 along with premium and have gotten very far in the game with my multipayer stats and unlocks. I want to get Battlefield 4 for my pc but I don't want to buy Premium again and I also want to keep all of my stats. Is there any way that you can transfer your stats and premium from your xbox 360 to the pc? If so, that would be great if anyone could tell me.

No, I play on 4\5 platforms on BF4 and on BF3 all three platforms and it's always had this restriction.  DLC will never transfer cross platforms because you paid each company seperately, so buying DLC from Microsoft and then transferring to PS4 does not provide Sony money for the product from their digital storefront.  This is also true for every game company's multiplatform game.

Unfortauntely DICE has not made any announcements about having a single soldier to be playable for all platforms, and I do think that would be a great feature. At this point in time you will have to start over at level 0 with your new platform's soldier and re-earn all medals and recomplete all assignments in addition to buying any DLC that you wish to play.

What about moving from Xbox to Xbox Live on Windows 10?  Microsoft is now touting that you can play cross-platform games but the initial roll out is limited.  So if I have Xbox 360 and Windows 10 (both with Xbox Live), why would this not work?  I would hate to lose all my rankings as well.

Microsoft earns money from games sold for their consoles, not for games sold on Windows. This explains why both Microsoft and Sony don't make it possible to transfer game progress etc. away from their platforms. Just because Microsoft comes with an Xbox app it doesn't mean there is suddenly systems in place for transfering player accounts away on old games away from the platform.

In short, it's irritating and bothersome to switch away from the Xbox and Playstation platforms on purpose, Microsoft and Sony earns too much money to just let people go easily - when you choose a console you choose a closed platform where you almost don't have any ownership of your data.
