Well , i i was right the problem is very clear.
16 GB Rams on 32-bit operation system?!! are you drunk?
32 bit operating system will use only 3.25 or a simmilar amount of rams , and when there is a big files that must be on ram for fast processing , that big files will stay in the hard drive because no inough space in rams and it will be so slow processing that will cause freezes every many seconds.
I am saying that because i was facing the problem when i have 4 GB of RAMs , then i had added more 4 GB to reach 8 GB , then all freezes are completly disappeared.
Hope that this is the peoblem so you can fix it easy by installing 64-bit operating system , and it will be better if it was Windows 8.1.
