Purchased a collectors edition pack, located the codes inside Pigeon Tube. In description, went to the website and logged in. Tried to redeem the code (correctly) many times with the selected platform and territory. Then this shows up...Your code was not recognized.This could be because the code was entered incorrectly. @KrisRex03Are you PS4? If it is, select PSN in the us area at the exchange interface, and then you will get a 12-bit exchange code for the PSN store. If you don't have the PSN account, to apply for a change after 12 code, you will get a downloadable DLC, download it and put the account authentication on your PS4, all PS4 on this account you can use the M1911. The XBOX in the same way

I have also not been able to redeem it. I had an EA rep call me, who disconnected because he could not hear me, a chat rep give me useless information about redeeming codes, and then a second chat rep who held on quite a bit longer but still not offering any solutions or replacements before somehow saying we weren't connected anymore despite my many messages stating otherwise. I'd very much like to have this thing I paid for.

Answers HQ is a community based support site. A Place where gamers help fellow gamers with issues we can help each other with. People in here sadly don't have any powers over Origin entitlements or access to Origin accounts. I know this issue sucks but there's sadly not much we can do.

Can you, just to make sure, check the "previously redeemed codes" link? You should be logged in and if a code has been redeemed before, it would show there, along with the platform the code was converted for.

Thnx for advise. Yes I have PS4 and have selected PSN/Norway, but the code from the pigeon case is invalide and does not work. I have contacted EA support who will look into the issue, but its almost unbelievable how hard this has turned out to be considering this is a now-cost issue for EA.....

Have you tried going to https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-1/redeem/triforce and redeeming the Code there?
The codes for the Doughboy cannot be redeemed on Origin, they need to be redeemed on the site that I listed above.
If you're still having trouble, please let us know.
