Tweets being ignored...

I have battlefield 4 on the Xbox one, and bought premium. I sometimes ask questions and provide feedback to your twitter, @Battlefield. But recently, you guys aren't responding to my tweets, and I'm feeling ignored, as I KNOW you guys are online, because you just tweeted someone else, for example, 28 seconds ago. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I hope you guys can help me out with this twitter issue. Thanks.

This is a guess.

I would imagine that @Battlefield receives a lot of tweets and while they probably read them all they probably don't have the manpower to actually answer them all.

If you want customer support over Twitter you should probably use https://twitter.com/AskEASupport instead.
