UK server hosting for BF4

As a server owner, I am deeply concerned about only having multiplay as UK server provider. I would prefer to stay with my current BF3 provider as they offer support 24/7 within at the most 30 minutes. From earlier experience with multiplay, they barely have support open on weekends! Competition is needed to provide the best service to the best price for the customers! But with only one UK server provider, that is now impossible as they can set whatever prices they want, and don't have to have good support because they will still get customers! That is a horrible buisness idea! Please EA, change this!
