Ultimate Shortcut Bundle problem

I bought premium and the Ultimate shortcut bundle for both Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 though when I access battlelog to customise my classes. It doesn't achknowledge me buying the ultimate shortcut bundle and shows my progress with them instead of allowing me to customise what I have bought. Which would be everything at a high price. I would love for this to be fixed or at least explained.

  • It may take up to 48 hours to activate, but try these things first:

    PC

    1) Log out of Battlelog and Origin completely

    2) Restart the game.

    3) Sign back in and check to see if anything changes.

    Consoles

    1) Sign out of your profile and turn the console off

    2) Turn the console back on and sign in to your account (if necessary)

    If nothing changes and these steps don't help you, please follow the instructions below on how to contact EA Support.

    1) Pick the device you need help with.
    2) Select the topic your problem falls under, and provide some more information on the issue.

  • The shortcut pack only unlocks base class weapons, it does not unlock any DLC weapons or assignment weapons. If you've played BF4 for any significant amount of time it is possible that you have already unlocked what is covered by the unlock through regular play. Can you post a link to your battlelog profile so we can see your unlock statuses?

    Hi, i feel i am having the same issue, paid for the ultimate bundle. It would be good if someone can explain what exactly one is getting?  Does the package include all sights and all weapons?  Does it include all battle packs?

    2 weeks have past and no response, EA in a nut shell, as long as idiots like us buy their stuff they will continue to screw you over. After all, Cash is King ain't that right EA?

  • I also bought a shortcut bundle for Batllefield, but some of the weapons were still locked. I contacted EA support and they said, these are ones that require a task or a assignment to complete. Like, "no shortage" assignment for L86 machinegun. WTF, right? That's a shortcut kit, right???

    So I asked for a refund and they gave it to me.
