Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't really know, but I'm getting this error everytime I try to login to multiplayer.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error message "Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. See http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/ for additional information."

I've not been able to get online since I bought the game last Wed 28th Dec'16, keep getting the same error message. I've played through two of the single player campaign stories without any issue, just unable to access any of the online features. I have rebooted my modem as well as my PS4 several times to no avail. I'm able to play other online multiplayer games on my PS4 without any issues. I realised on 2nd Jan'17 that I needed to reset my password and activate my account after reading through the troubleshooting FAQs on "https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/" as recommended in the error message, but I'm still unable to login since after doing so. I've checked my account to confirm that my PSN account has been linked to my EA account. I've just turned on "Login Verification" in the hope that this resolves the issue, as I noticed that there are no trusted devices in my Security tab. Please help to check if my account has somehow been banned or suspended, or anything else that might explain the issue.
