Unable to Connect to Servers

Hi,

For the past few days, I have been unable to connect to any servers in Battlefield 4.  I've tried a number of different servers, and none of them actually allow me to connect and load the game.  Each time, an error message pops up at the bottom of the Battlelog page.

The various errors are listed below, in order of how often they occur.

1) Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

2) Game disconnected: no reply from server.

3) Game disconnected: something went wrong.

I spent close to two hours on the phone with EA Technical Support earlier this evening, during which time a number of troubleshooting steps were performed.  Some I had already performed myself, but performed again just in case.  At the end of the call I spoke to someone else; someone with more knowledge than the original agent, I assume.  He suggested that I contact my ISP to help me open the ports that Battlefield 4 uses, and said it should fix it.

After that, I spent another half an hour on the phone with a Time Warner agent who walked me through how to forward ports through my router settings.  I then went through and configured all of the ports for Battlefield 4 and for Origin itself; it didn't fix the problem.  The last person that I spoke to with EA said that I should post here if the problem wasn't fixed after configuring the ports, so that's what I'm doing.

This is a list of everything I've tried so far.

1) Restarting my router, which I've done multiple times so far.

2) Restarting my PC
3) Repairing BF4 through Origin
4) Repairing and updating Punkbuster
5) Running the two Microsoft C++ installers found in E:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\_Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist.
6) Disabling my anti-virus software
7) Disabling the Windows Firewall
8) Opening all BF4 ports on the EA Help website through my router.
9) Opening all BF4 ports on the EA Help website in Windows Firewall.
10) Opening all Origin ports on the EA Help website through my router.
11) Opening all Origin ports on the EA Help website in Windows Firewall.
12) Checked that my Battlelog plugin was up to date.
13) Checked that my GPU drivers are up to date.
14) Cleared my browser history, cookies and cache.
15) Tried using a different browser entirely.
16) Updating Origin to the latest Beta via the settings.

Here's what I haven't tried yet.

1) Deleting and reinstalling the game.

2) Throwing my PC out the window.

Now, I know that Time Warner has been having some technical difficulties the past few days.  People all over the US are having problems with their Internet.  Whether that's related to my problem or not, I have no idea.  I figured it was worth mentioning though.

If anyone has any idea what the hell is going on, or how to fix it, then I'd appreciate the input.  I've got a lot of time and money invested into this game, and not being able to play it anymore is really getting on my nerves...

Thanks!
