Unable to download Battlefield 3

    I don't know about you guys, but I just checked it yesterday because I was getting ready for the BF6 beta, and they removed my bad copy of BF3 (with all the add-ons) but I was actually able to re-download and install the English copy and launch the game. Then a few hours later all the DLC an add-ons showed up as well. I believe that this is because it still shows up in your "entitlements" in your EA account.

This need to get fixed. i have bought this game TWICE now, and i can't even re-open my ticket? how is this acceptable that that i can't even get in contact with someone to put in another ticket?
