Unable to enter the game

Pc,The situation is just like in the video. Occasionally, a text message will appear saying "Connection disconnected".here is no error message in the form of code
Try using the server browser instead of matchmaking.
I have also tried social games, but all multiplayer modes cannot enter the game normally.
