Unable to join game sessions

The only reason I bought an Xbox One is so that I can play Battlefield 4.  I tried out the new map pack that is not available to xbox 360 players and I played the Operation Metro Map.  Right off the bat my squad mates team killed me and then set up a spawn beacon that spawns you outside of the map.  Being unable to do anything I kept redeploying and spawning on teammates outside the map.  And then after a match of getting team killed and committing suicide and not participating in any way to the game.  I get kicked from the EA Servers and have never been able to join any matches or any servers.  I don't understand why you let people cheat and team kill me and then you ban me from joining and playing online.  If I have done something wrong, please explain what it was.  Because right now I have spent $500 on an xbox one, $120 on a xbox 360 and xbox one battlefield 4 games and then $50 becoming a premium member.  And now I can't play a game I spent $670 just to play.  My gamertag is Terminator5969 and my e-mail is [edit: email address removed], I would like to solve this peacefully and quickly. Please reinstate my Xbox One online privileges.  Thank you.
