Unable to sync cloud storage data

There is a problem that every time i want to join a game my origin will have ''Syncing cloud data : 5%''. When I try to launch battlefield through origin it says "syncing cloud data" and opens battlelog but does not launch. I have tried to disable cloud storage but the game still does not launch.

    Heres what he says:

    "I was having the same problem. What I did was I right clicked on the game icon in My Games and selected "Cancel Cloud Sync" or whatever, then go into the options for the game, and unselect "Enable Cloud Storage for all games" under the Cloud Storage tab, then click the "Restore Save" button, and try clicking Play! It worked for me, good luck!"

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
