unable to unlock weapons for second assault DLC

i play BF4 on xbox 360. for the new dlc i will make progress towards a new dlc weapon and it will even show me that progress in the post match review. when i go back to my main screen and look at my ...

As I understand it, the "In A Round"-tagged assignments reset each match. So for Dust Devil, the one you mention, you get your 5 vehicle kills on Oman, then get the AV ribbon, and it should unlock. It's the same for the other assignments. To use Express Train as an example, you can get your ribbon first in a previous round. However then in a single round you must get 2 Assist ribbons and 10 kills inside the Metro, with all In A Round progress lost after the round.
