Unable to use battlepack items

I bought premium, and when I first started the game I had a whole bunch of battlepacks to open, in one of my packs I got a 20x "Hunter" Scope. But I can't equip it on any of my sniper riffles. It's ...

Same problem here. Have unlocked numerous items with battle packs but most of the items appear red in load out screen and can’t use them. Does anyone not have an answer for this?
