This is one of the first results that showed up on Google so I thought I would post my fix for this for those also finding this thread via google - however it's purely aimed at those who want to get through the campaign without vomiting all over their keyboards from nausea, it's not a perfect solution.
1) Set game to Windowed mode in video settings
2) Manually re-size the window to make it more "squashed" (i.e. the aspect ratio looks like ultra-wide-screen). The game will think it's running at a different aspect ratio and automatically increase the FoV.
The drawback to this is that you'll be playing in windowed mode with a squished vertical view, not getting the most out of your monitor.

Shame on DICE for not having an FoV slider for campaign, how embarrassing for a company that boasts supporting PC gamers so much.
