Unlocked emblem stays locked

Unlocked emblem stays locked I open many battlepack unlock "Hooah" emblem but it still locked
battlefield 4

    Sorry, we are not able to unlock your emblem here on the forums. You could try to contact support again, but from what I know this bug is old and I'm afraid it won't be fixed.

    So, I want to advise you the following: you could try to use another emblem that looks similar.
