Unlocking BFV pre order guns for BF1 permanently

Is There any way to unlock the BFV pre order guns for bf1 and keep them permanently I've tried to read many posts from reddit EA help and I can't get a clear answer since each post said something else

So, I would appreciate if I can get a clear answer to this problem
(EDIT: After Contacting Support I was told That just by buying BFV from the EA app will automatically give me the BFV Pre order guns for BF1)

  • Hi @ilayils The only way I know of getting them permanently nowadays is to somehow find one of the old pre-order codes and download the DLC. You can also get them on PC by subscribing to EA Play Pro (I think this is maybe what EA Help were getting at as I dont believe they're included otherwise. It doesnt seem to be mentioned as being included when I checked the details in the EA store), but that wouldn't be a solution for you as you'd lose access to them if the subscription ends.

It might not hurt to ask EA Help to clarify what they meant about getting them by buying the game in the app, as perhaps they know something I don't.

@HUN_galga Yeah Cuz im pretty sceptical about thier answers considering the amount of people that say it wont work and people who just bought BFV

@ilayils I'm glad they clarified and you checked before potentially wasting money, but it is a shame that there isn't a permanent solution. It'd sure be nice if the time-limited things could be re-done in general or just given out. Speaking for myself, I think I've got all of the "exclusive" weapons and honestly wouldn't care if Dice gave them away to everyone.

Edit: If you're on PC or PlayStation you might find a pre-order codes still. Last I heard there weren't any left for Xbox.

  • Hello good day I have been playing Battlefield 1 for a very long time, but I want to buy this weapon, how can I get it?

Hi @Kurab321 You'd either need to find an old BFV pre-order code which hasn't been redeemed or subscribe to EA Play Pro (PC only and the weapons will be removed if the subscription ends).

Edit: I've also merged your thread with a similar recent one.

  • I think I'm an EA pro member but I don't have it again, why can't we play this weapon openly in the game?

@Kurab321 If you're on PC and have EA Play Pro then you could search the add-ons for the pack (it's called "Enlister" on my Xbox). Failing that you could open a case at help.ea.com so they can take a look. Howrver, if you're on console then you can't get EA Play Pro as console only has basic EA Play, so the only way of getting them is by trying to find a working pre-order code still. Last I heard it was only PlayStation codes left, but that was about a year ago and may no longer be the case.
