Upgrading Bf4 PC to Premium

As the title says, I just bought a premium KEY to upgrade my BF4 normal edition (+China Rising) to Premium, and so I used the key on Origin, said it was all okay, but after this just nothing happened. I still had my normal version of BF4 and on Battlelog it kept asking me to buy the Premium version, as if nothing happened.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Restart your Origin and check your game detail page for BF4 again. You can see all unlocked expansions and content at the bottom of the screen. If you are still missing Premium, you can get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further entitlement check on your account.
