V40 mini registering as RGO impact in killfeed

This happened to me on several occasions on the CR dlc, could have been there before though: map was Guilin Peaks, I threw 2 minis and I got one kill with a mini but the next detonation registered as an RGO impact. This happened twice in the same match.

    If you kill someone while they are about to throw a grenade, they will drop it and it will explode, killing anyone in range.

    Thats probably what happened.
