Vehicle stuttering / lag

@Soul2Shard Sll kinds of crazy stuff would go on, like someone that wasn't there taking control of the vehicle, or my weapons, like when I finally would catch an enemy shooting and facing the other way, my weapon wouldn't shoot, or it would reload when it was already reloaded, then, the enemy would never even turn from where they were shooting, and one shot me with a akc15 or whatever it was! It didn't stop there either, it extended to my test range, and everyday, something different, like voices, the drones firing back after I had shot at them, things under the water, and one day I flew around the board around the board for about an hour, but I was flying it, I could change seats, fire the guns, but when I got fed up, I couldn't bail out, tried blowing the vehicle up, it wouldnt do anything! I thought I was going crazy because I kept telling my friends, specifically one I play with alot that this crazy s! :t was going on, and I knew it wasn't suppose to, I played Bf4 before and was pretty decent, not the 0-23 24, 30 crap happening like it was here recently, but she thought I had lost it, so I screen shot and took video of it, showed her and the few friends we still had after leaving the clan, and she said that it looked like a purely different game than Bf4. But it had her character in alot of the pics and very identifiable proof, that I was playing Bf4, or thought, or something! I showed her the video of me trying to get spawned vehicles at the beginning of the game, and how it wouldn't let me get into any, even if it was just four people on my team, then when all the team members were in one, I would try to get one, and right before I would get to it, it was taken, by a new joined player, or it wouldn't spawn back, till I got so far out of the spawn area, but if I hauled * and tried to get it, nope same thing. Well my friend apologized for calling me a lier, and didn't think it was possible to hack Bf4, also, she kept hearing the name mongul, mogul, but I showed here how the Commander, or whoever it is telling you to attack A, B, C etc, would carry on a conversation, no like auto reslons! , I have no clue, I just started back playing, and it's from a disc, which I bought on base at Camp Casey, South Korea, and can't tell if it's any different?
