Very low FPS after 9/30 patch

I updated to the fall patch and I went from getting 75-90fps on high, to getting 15-25 on low.Is there any fix or am I screwed untill a new patch comes out? I have restarted my pc, and run CCleaner. ...

Same problem here with a GTX 780 - fps 8-12 most of the time...=/

Disable Origin-in-Game or any overlays you may be using.
