This is a community run (ie gamers helping gamers) technical self help forum so we are unable to assist you with account matters or unlocks such as your viral patch. Normally we would instruct you to speak with a game advisor.
This is what I first told the Advisor.
But, he did disagree with me by saying the developers from time to time check the forums and the AHQ, and then, they'd be able to fix this.

The Adviser is either stupid, lying, or badly informed. Developers only get to see summaries from here. They don't visit. Battle Log's website, on the other hand, is relatively well attended by the developers (or so I am informed by people who ought to know). .
