@EA_Jason, i didnt request EA any refund neither Xbox because i know after almost 3 years that isnt possible for the reasons i explained .
What i asked and i think is a right i have is a new game , i think everyone that paid 90 dollars for a deluxe version of a game would ask for that after everything but looks like for EA this is a big problem even the support assuming that indeed i deserve that .
The Xbox support already said they cant replace or refund the game because after 2 years the system doesnt accept it , regarding a new game i still have a case going but they said they would have done it if it was a Microsoft game since it is an EA game they cant offer that plus EA haves to do it because they are the ones who own the codes and the ones who werent able to fix it.
Regarding the problem itself it was explained over here multiple times , there are thousands of cases with screens and everything .
since my first contact at the beggining of 2017 my game doesnt show any other modes than grand operations and only show 1 empty server from Irland nothing more.
Another thing , i spent almost 3 years doing your things multiple times and i dont need funny support agents joking with my face litterally and saying hey i know you have a problem that we didnt solve but if you want a game buy it .
one thing is not being able to solve a problem another think is making fun or being stupid and i dont need anything free from anyone what i need is the things i pay 90 dollars for working and isnt my fault that they werent able to do it , after all this time they are lucky i am only asking for a new game because it could be worse and should be so that support changes once and for all
Aha, so you can't find any other game mode than Grand Operations and an empty server from Ireland in Battlefield 1 on Xbox One when trying to play online.
Do you want help solving the issue, why the questions about getting another game (that's not something we can help with)?

@EA_Jasoni dont want to go this way but i guess i will have to say some things so you guys understand one thing very clear .
first i dont like people joking with my face , second i dont need free things from anyone what i need is what i pay for working and if it is not working i want my Money or it replaced.
i would like anyone here on this chat to tell me that after 3 years he or she isnt tired of the situation and wouldnt request exactly the same.
i am sick and tired of your constant excuses and ways or running from the problem , and you coming here and asking me why i dont ask for you to solve the problem and instead request a game is you fooling people around .
i dont know if you rsaw what i wrote but i didnt came here from some parachute , i have been contacting you since the beggining of 2017 , by phone , chat and here and during that time you have thousands of contacts from me half of them with screens , uotrace and all kind of things you asked .
did this almost 10 times already and you know what happens when i go to your support ? hey çet me help you i will send you one email with the steps to do and solve that and everytime the email is exactly with the same thing but you guys are so smart that think after thousands of contacts and almost 3 years this steps were never done .
i am posting this here because i want explanations from the devs , i was requested to do it by your support and that is the reason for this post and i still didnt saw any explanations .
by the way you were contacted by Microsoft 3 times you know how many answeres they got from you ? zero. probably that is my fault or i am not competente in the middle of this

1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear
2. After this shut down the console, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
3. Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.
4. Once the brick is Orange, start your console.
CLEAR PERSISTENT STORAGE AND POWERCYCLE XBOX ONE If console is wired connected, remove Ethernet cable. If console is wireless, Go to Settings > Network > Select their Network > Disconnect. Once it is back on, press Menu button > Settings > Blu Ray & Disc > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage three times. Follow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One Console:
1. While the console is on, press and hold the console's Xbox button for 5 seconds.
2. The console will power down. 3. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button. CHANGE PRIVACY SETTINGS 1. From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane. 2. Scroll down to Settings Icon.
3. In the Setting menu scroll down to Account.
4. Under Account, select Family.
5. Enter the password or passkey.
6. Select the account that you want to update.
7. Select the category of settings you want to update, such as Privacy & online safety.
8. Select the Adult defaults.
9. Toggle back to Child defaults and then finally back to Adult defaults once more.
10. Powercyle the console to complete the troubleshooting.
REMOVING GAMERTAG
1. From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane.
2. Scroll down to Settings Icon.
3. In the Setting menu scroll down to Account.
4. Select Remove accounts.
5. Select the account that you want to remove.
6. Select Remove to confirm.
7. When you're finished, select Close.
RE-ADDING GAMERTAG
1. From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Scroll down to Add & Manage.
4. Select Add new.
5. Type the email address or phone number you use to sign in to your Microsoft account.
6. Enter your password. If you've forgotten it, select I forgot my password, and then follow the instructions to recover your account.
7. Review the privacy statement summary, and then select Next.
8. Select your Sign-in and security preferences.
9. Check out how you look on Xbox, and then select Next.
10. Choose your colour, and then select Next. Note: The preference that you're currently using at home appears with a checked box.

are you from the dev team ? if not this post is to get explanations by them .
regarding your request my ISP is Meo and yes i can send you the uotrace by DM still like i said it was tested with a different ISP too plus my game is not installed and will not be installed again , i am done with battlefield and any other battlefield that comes next after all the problems i had with this one and how EA works
