Want Explanations From The Devs Requested BY Support

i am going to pass the part of the requested game and be direct on this one , i am tired of going to the support and requesting them to have the problem solved with them requesting the same time afte...

"I checked the case with my team and I would like to tell you that since the game is retired and servers already shut. So we would be able to provide you troubleshooting step for the same but there is not much of support we can do here." 

Do  i have to say anything about this or should i say anything about this ?
