Hello,
This normally happens when you join an empty server, you will see that all unlocked weapons are locked.
You can try to join an active server and play for sometime.
Let us know if you still have this problem.

EA StaffEven though I hope that problem has been resolved by now, I wanted to leave another possible solution:
If all your premium weapons are locked again and unlock achievements at 0%, try to re-downloading the Premium Pass - restoring licenses should also do the trick if you're playing on PS4.
