I have the same problem but in the PS3. It's getting annoying bc it happens not only in the beginning of the round, but almost each time I use an other gun.
If Komander is experiencing the same thing on console, this shouldn't be a problem with the hardware but with the game itself. At least that's my conclusion for that, could be wrong.
