Weapons,Equipment, etc. and now boosts and unlocks from battlepacks are all gone.

Am I going to get an answer EA or am I SOL??

I first noticed the problem this morning, but after some digging apparently this is a result of server traffic from the holidays screwing something up. As of yet there has been no mention of a solution.

So server traffic causes my loadouts to disappear and my unlocks to lock again as if I've never played the game?? If so then that's another f***ed up issue I have to deal with in this game

Welcome to the land of nobody! Where the ones supposedly in charge do nothing and everyone is by themselves.

We have lots of similar threads of the same problem going on forums but no answer or notes from EA happen.

I'm having the same problem for 6 days already! I got the game almost 1 month ago and I only managed to play 5 or 6 times at MOST! What's the point in keep trying to play it when I know ALL my attachs, xp, battlepacks, progress in general are going to be reseted everytime?!

This problem is RIDICULOUS! Sorry, I meant this game is ridiculous! But what can you expect from EA?! We all should known better. I have been robbed of my money from game+premium from this company, EA titles now can only give me pain, sadness and anger. Everyday is the same bullsh*t, it never gets fixed, ever!

Meanwhile all we gamers get are:

• freezings,
• crashings,
• lost sp progress,
• bad netcode, 
• loss of ranks, 
• lag,
• loss of battlepacks AND attachments,
• loss of PREMIUM battlepacks,
• loss of xp,
• DLC problems,
• server issues, 
• random server kicks,
• no premium events,
• glitches....

Did I forgot something???

Oh wait, I almost forgot about the endless excuses and more excuses and no problem solving AT ALL!

And they even have the nerve to have advertised on the battlefield webpage the bogus "BF4 Critic Reviews" as the game really achieved all that scores.... ¬¬"

Yeah it's getting to be pretty disgusting that they're not even answering us on game breaking bugs. No help whatsoever and the s*** just keeps happening as if EA, EA suport,and DICE could give a f***. I'm trying very had not to get angry but it's almost impossible. They got my $60 so why should they have to do anything?? This mentality is why people despise EA

C'mon EA, aside from you guys getting hacked by DERP today because of shoddy security doesn't mean you can get by w/out answering my thread about loadouts. You have several other people w/the same problem and yet you answer none of us

I just tried to check my boosts from my battlepacks and thy're all gone now too along w/my other unlocks from the bttlepacks. I never even used them and now they're gone. Jesus Christ I don't know wtf to do anymore
