Weekly medals keeps showing the already completed medals

Hello everyone, I have an issue with the weekly medals which keeps showing the already completed medals, I believe it's been like this for 4 weeks. I can't do any new medals because of this bug. How...

How many weeks do I have to wait for ONE new weekly medal?
