So when? We have been waiting for months.
At least you could give us a expected update date if you really do have a schedule...

I think EA DICE's schedule plan/business strategy is now determined by BF6.
It's possible that producers/managers want to move players towards BF6 by reducing the features of the "old" BF1 game (weekly game mode, weekly scrap exchange and Operation Campaigns).
The order in which these BF1 features were added was also strange:
-Battlefield 1 was released on October 21, 2016.
-Initially, the battlepacks were randomly awarded to players at the end of matches.
-In March 2017, the way to obtain the battlepacks was changed at the request of the community (with progress bar).
-Also in March 2017, there was the first scrap exchange where you could buy specific skins/items.
But what's interesting?
The first Operation campaign was only in November 2017.
And you had to get 2x30,000 points for the Operation battlepack.
I think the only reason of adding the Operation campaign half a year later was to allow players to farm scrap.
