We need the Battlefield team to refresh the Operations mode reward crates and update the exchange system. We understand you're busy with Battlefield 6, but a large community of Battlefield 1 players is still waiting for these updates. If further support truly isn't possible, please provide appropriate compensation and give all the newcomers who just bought Battlefield 1 a clear explanation.
