Weekly weapons Scrap Exchange updates

I opened a support ticket the other day, and was told that the lack of exchange updates was apparently a bug, and that they would forward this to the "Game Team". This is weird, considering I have read other people claiming they were told it has been discontinued indefinitely. And when I returned to check the progress on my ticket after a while, it was marked as unsolvable, and the case was closed. To my understanding, it appears there won't be another update to the exchange ever again. And deliberately so.
I did something similar a while back (about a month) but they just deleted my discussion thread, no notification, no replies, just gone.
As long as EA sells BF1 lootbox for real money, there is a real chance of a new weekly scrap exchange.
Unfortunately, EA DICE did not change the BF1 game's final Battlepack (Ultimate Revison) after the Star Wars Battlefront II gambling incident (2017).
