In the golden age of the BF1 game (during the early Battlepack Revisions), there was a separate announcement/news about the latest skins on the home screen.

New Battlepack Revision now available
Revision 15 of the Battlepacks is now available. With the increased pool of content - introduced in the previous revision - there are plenty of standout skins to be found in the Battlepacks this time. For instance, how about "The Foch" for the M1909 light machine gun? This Legendary Weapon skin is named afer Ferdinand Foch, French marshal and general. (Other thing named after Ferdinand Foch: a heavy cruiser, an aircraft carrier, and a red win grape variety). The Legendary "Golden Shell" vehicle skin is designed for the Artillery Truck and is another beauty. This is a super rare skin, so consider yourself lucky if you should find it opening your Battlepacks. There ary plenty more skins in this revision. Head to to Battlepack menu to see the full list.
