The more important question: why is there no skin for the Burton LMR weapon. "78 exchange exclusive skin" Maria once explained the answer in the bf1 subreddit, but i think she was wrong.

Why didn't the Burton LMR get a skin?
According to Maria, EA DICE intended the Burton to be a BFV preorder weapon (like Fedorov-Degtyarev, for example, which also doesn't have a skin).The Fedorov-Degtyarev was introduced on May 23, 2018. The weapon is unlocked for use after pre-ordering the online standard or deluxe editions of Battlefield V on any platform.
In BF1 CTE, Burton was first available to try with the June 2018 CTE patch.
CTE (PC) NEWS: All #BF1 Apocalypse weapons have received new Legendary skins on the #PC #CTE with the Shock Operations Preview Patch, including the Annihilator Trench/Optical variants.
