@HUN_gattaca_lg Yeah, this list looks accurate, skins outlined in green are definitely more common than those outlined in red. The downside is the there clearly are more skins that are exchange only than the ones dropping from the battlepacks.

I am so happy you posted this! Today I was trying to figure out how to get the last Sjogren skin I needed, the Thord-Grey Legendary. I thought maybe if I equipped all my soldiers with “They Shall Not Pass” issued weapons & melee weapons and then play “They Shall Not Pass” maps I might have a chance. LOL, that would have been a total waste of time I see now. Probably would have frustrated me even more when it didn’t work!
