Maria modified her battlepack theory on BF1 subreddit.
She increased the number of exchange exclusive skins from 78 to 81.
I think exactly 3 of these 9 skins are exchange exclusive:

Magnesium Skin is available in the Ops battlepack I've deleted so many of them.
BTW, for all the negative nelly's out there - DICE did do something - they reduced the point cost of the Operations battlepacks to 20,000 points per campaign - thats a 20% reduction in effort needed!

If you collect all 846 skins, there really are secret skins (I would have been happy with such advice five years ago, it would have saved me a lot of time with)
The fair procedure by EA would be if the entire contents of Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision (the price is 2€) were made public.
I collect what skins are dropped from the Standard Battlepack Ultimate Revision.
