I found out a little about what keys make this weird Chinese console pop up.
Shift + 3
Shift + 5
Those two combinations make it pop up. I need to know what the heck it is and how I can disable this **bleep** because it's ruining my gameplay...

To answer your question, yes. I've scanned my computer for viruses and malware to see if it was the problem. It didn't fix it, however.
