Weird GFX issue (3D)

Hello All,

Has anyone seen this strange graphics issue on Battlefield 4, it makes my screen kinda look almost 3D. It only started happening since upgrading to Windows 8.1. Please see this Screenshot

PC Specs:

AMD FX 4170 Quad-Core Processor

16GB Ram

GeForce GTX 660 (Driver Version: 311.65)

Win 8.1
