Henlo, I have a question that has been in my mind for the past 48 hours, since yesterday, whenever I start Battlefield 1, the cloud sync takes especially long, and then after its done, a window pops up informing me that "We're sorry, an error has occurred. We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate BF1 on this account, please try again later" I've been through 3 different Live chats with their customer support staff to no avail, everything I tried hadn't worked. I've tried clearing Origin Cache( Deleting the AppData and ProgramData Files), cleared my DNS cache, used ccleaner, reinstalling both the game and origin and more. I know this is an old issue, but I have absolutely no idea how to solve it, and would like to summon the communities' help to fix this dumb problem. Thanks!!!

  • Hey @FerdinandEel,

Sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing.

Have you also tried doing a Power Cycle on your Router?

Unplug everything for a few minutes, then plug it back in, and launch Battlefield 1.

Give this a shot, and let us know if it works.

    Thanks 🙂
