What account should I use to log in to Battlefield 2142?

I purchased a Battlefield 2142 yesterday and it turns out I can't log in with any of my account. I tried my origin ID and origin email neither of them works. I also registered a account in EA China since I downloaded Chinese version of this game. I also can't create a account  or retrieve account name in game. What's wrong with this game???? Some body help me, please!! Thanks a lot!

    if you did not buy it and cannot launch it in origin you will probably have to make a enw account just for 2142

    try using the email address you used to purchase the game

    also, your key should probably be in the email that you would have recieved as a receipt and proof of purchase
