Been having so much trouble the last few days with my xbox staying online. It keeps signing me in and out every 10 secs, Finally got on for a couple hours tonight . Thought the issue was solved. Yet while playing BF 4 on my xb 1 saw these things in the corner of my screen . Got kicked off live again and now the problem is back..

Well, the icons can be ignored if they only rarely appear as a blink. If you have them constantly or blinking constantly there's something wrong with your connection to the server you are playing on. It could be everything from your hardware needs a power cycle (remove power for 5 minutes) to you playing on unstable wireless connection, you lacking bandwith, other people using your connection to a degree that your connection can't sustain to your Internet Service Provider(ISP) being bad, you picking servers that are too far away, the server having issues, the server's ISP being bad, or something different.
BF crashed on me twice and caused my internet to not work on the xbox both times i was wireless. On the second crash I decide to hook it up wired and it didnt work so I had to do a factory reset again even though I had already done one. When i was wireless my latency was 107 when I was wired it was 100 or 99 sometimes when i did a details test. When I was wireless i got both the red icons in that pic I put up when I was wired i got a yellow one for a brief 20 secs. It was the lantency variation one.
Im going to play other games tonight and not BF to see if maybe BF is causing the issue ..
Well i turned my system off went over to my friends came back turned it on and its doing it again...I guess the last thing to try is a new router. Yet everything in the house is running fine. Yet when I bring my friends xbox 1 over it does it to his system as well ... When i brought mine over to his it was working.
Have you tried powercycling (remove power cord for 5 minutes) the router as suggested?
It could also be your ISP having issues so it might be worth it to call them and have then run a quick diagnostic.
I got the cable guy coming out today.. Going to try a new router. The only way i can get on for awhile is to go into the router web browser and do a factory reset .. It works for about 4 hours and starts up again. Has dice been having trouble with their servers. I took my xbox 1 over to my friends last night and I was getting those symbols over his house. The latency ones. Also the packet loss ..It almost kicked me off. They were yellow and red ones ..
Yes did a power cycle. Called bright house they say everything is good on their end.

So the brighthouse guy came out and said he knew it was the old router having problems with the MS update. WHY...because he himself has an xb 1 and it was doing it to him. So he put in the new router and everything is working great so far. I even got a 100 % wireless signal compared to about 70% from my old one. Which is amazing since im so far away from the router ..
