What has happened to the mortar?
When you deploy the mortar for the first time, all you get is the handheld device onscreen and the reload advice! Eventually the mortar will spawn and when you deploy the mortar, it places you into the fire position! Unless you are a complete moron who wants to give away his position on the mini map, you don't want to stand next to your mortar when you start letting loose, you want to find cover! Sometimes the mortar will be ready to fire, other times you just get the reload advice on screen and you are unable to fire any rounds off, even though you haven't fired a single volley! As it is, the mortar is way under-powered and now turning into a proper turkey that no-one can use!
