what is the response time for mail in entries for B4 Slim Jim and AXE promotions?

I did the mail in entry method for both the Slim Jim and AXE Battlefield 4 promotions. The official rules do not state an estimated wait time for how long it will take for code(s) to me emailed from...

    Okay as you are waiting for a longer time now, I would recommend to get in contact with our support by speaking with one of our Game Advisor.
    They can give you further assistance regarding your code issue. As we are a public and community driven board, we are not able to help you out here.

    Was hoping to find an answer here as I mailed in for the free entries 3 months ago now and still have not received anything.  I just asked ea support and they told me to ask here.
